1. Who we are
Bexloo is an independent studio that makes quick, casual games for mobile phones. Our games are published on Google Play. Throughout this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Bexloo.
2. What data we collect
We do not currently collect any personal data. None of our released games sends information off your device to us or to anyone else.
Some games save information in your phone's own storage so they work properly. This information stays on your device and is never uploaded. Section 9 lists exactly what each game stores.
Our released games have no user accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics services and no third-party tracking.
3. Why we use it
Information a game saves on your device is used only to make that game work on that device, for example to remember your progress and settings so you can continue where you left off.
4. Who can see it
Nobody but you. Because the information never leaves your device, we cannot see it, and we do not sell, share, rent or transfer it to anyone.
5. Your rights
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You stay fully in control of what is on your device: you can delete everything a game has saved at any time (see Section 8). If you have a question about your privacy, contact us at the address in Section 11.
6. Children
Our games are designed to be suitable for a general audience. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If a future game ever needs to handle information about children, we will follow the applicable laws and Google Play's Families policies, and update this policy before that game is released.
7. Security
Our released games do not request internet access or any other device permissions, and they make no network connections, so information saved by a game cannot be sent anywhere. Saved data is protected by your phone's own app storage protections.
8. Data retention
Information a game saves stays on your device until you remove it. You can delete it at any time by:
- clearing the app's storage in your phone's Settings (Settings > Apps > the game > Storage > Clear data), or
- uninstalling the game.
We keep no copies, so once it is deleted from your device it is gone.
9. Game-by-game details
Mirror Match: Garden Puzzle
- Google Play app ID: com.bexloo.mirrormatch
- Data sent off the device: none. The game makes no network calls.
- Ads, in-app purchases, accounts, analytics: none.
- Device permissions requested: none, including internet access.
- Stored only on your device:
- level progress, stars, coins, boosters and garden progress;
- settings, such as sound and music on or off;
- a random player ID created by the game and a record of in-game play events (for example, levels started and finished), used only to keep the game working on your device;
- your phone model and Android version, read from the device and kept with that record.
- How to delete: clear the app's data or uninstall the game.
Future games
When we release a new game, we will add it to this section before release. If any future game adds ads, analytics, purchases, accounts, cloud saves or anything else that collects data, its entry here will list exactly what is collected, why, and which third-party services receive it, and we will update its Google Play data safety section to match before that version is released.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we release a new game or change what a game does. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change means a game starts collecting data, we will update this policy before that version is released.
